RetroArch is a freeware frontend emulator app filed under console emulators and made available by libretro for Windows.

Frontend for classic gaming like emulators or old PC games:
RetroArch runs programs converted into dynamic libraries called libretro cores, using several user interfaces such as command-line interface, a few graphical user interfaces (GUI) optimized for gamepads, several input, audio and video drivers.
It enables you to run classic games on a wide range of computers and consoles through its slick graphical interface. Settings are also unified, so configuration is done once and for all. RetroArch is licensed as Freeware for Windows (32-bit and 64-bit) operating system / platform from console emulators without restrictions. RetroArch 1.7.3 is available to all software users as a free download (Freeware).
Compatibility with this frontend emulator software may vary, but will generally run fine under Microsoft Windows 10, 8, 8.1, 7, Vista and XP on either a 32-bit or 64-bit setup. A separate x64 version may be available from libretro.
